The most difficult part of the project preparers is to prepare the budget in a realistic way in accordance with the criteria. The budget is so important that it plays a key role in whether the project application is accepted or not.
The fact that the budget is prepared in accordance with the criteria is important for the acceptance of the project, but it is not sufficient. Another issue that is much more important is that some projects take months or even a few years during the project period, keeping all the inputs and outputs of the determined budget up-to-date correctly, using the budget correctly to carry out the activities in the project, instant monitoring of the current current budget by all project partners. and at the end of the project, all inputs and outputs of the budget should be turned into a report and presented to the grantor or project control management without any problems.
As a result of the analyzes we have made, the big differences to these European Youth Mobility programs, which have turned into a sector on their own, have emerged as a result of our analysis, especially by increasing the trust between the parties involved in the projects and providing great opportunities to carry out the process in a transparent way. In the market research we have done, there is no packaged software product in the market on this subject. The number of software companies that produce solutions for the project management of associations is very few both in our country and in Europe. Many of the associations either keep their project budget management with paper and pencil as the traditional method or try to solve these problems through the Excel program.
We are developing this software by working with many associations in Turkey that we cooperate with, putting their needs at our target point. We are conducting the beta version trials together with the Tabiat Youth Association from Turkey, which has experience in Erasmus+ projects abroad.
